How do I check the status of the order?

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will get a notification with your tracking information.

How fast is the order fulfilment? 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Domestic Shipping within Ukraine

All orders are delivered by NovaPoshta delivery company. The price of shipping depends on the place of destination. Most orders will arrive between 1-3 days. 

International Shipping

MiniWoodinie ships only to Poland at this time! The estimated delivery time is between 10-15 business days depending on the logistic company you choose. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
